Training - Scaled Professional Scrum
Most successful teams will reach a point where the wonder whether they could go even faster with more people. This will increase the need for collaboration and discipline. Scaled Professional Scrum uses the Nexus Framework to extend and strengthen Scrum to support this need for additional interaction.
The Scaled Professional Scrum class is ideal for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, experienced Development Team members and Development Managers who are looking to expanding their team size beyond what is described in the Scrum Guide.
Jesse has hands-on experience with working in, and coaching, product development with multiple teams. He is one of the course stewards for this class. Jesse is also a licensed SAFe Program Consultant, which allows him to draw parallels between these different scaling frameworks.
