Training - Professional Scrum Master II

Are you looking to take the next step in supporting your team, dig into servant leadership and how to best switch between the different stances of a Scrum Master, then the Professional Scrum Master II class is for you. The Professional Scrum Master II class also takes a broader view, looking at how the the Scrum Master role supports the Product Owner and the organisation in their interactions with the Scrum Team(s).

It's recommended to have already passed the Professional Scrum Master I assessment. All attendees of the Professional Scrum Master II class receive an voucher for the Professional Scrum Master II assessment and a discount on the Professional Scrum Master III assessment.
